Krispy Threadz Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Krispy Threadz. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.
During high-demand periods, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Krispy Threadz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Krispy Threadz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
We will assist customers in locating packages whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at krispythreadz@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
Krispy Threadz offers international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government.
Pre-Orders & Limited Releases
Certain Krispy Threadz products may be offered as pre-orders or limited-edition releases.
Estimated shipping dates for these items will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship only when all items in the order are available.
