5. Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.

Non-custom apparel items may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery if they:

• Are unworn, unwashed, and unused;
• Have original tags attached;
• Are free from odors, stains, or damage; and
• Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products;
• Limited-edition drops designated as final sale;
• Items marked as final sale;
• Gift cards.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
